Our Payment Alternatives

You can use several payment methods to pay for your dental services. We give you these different options so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Here’s an overview of the alternatives we currently have for you:

Credit Cards
We accept the majority of credit cards as a method of payment. If you are visiting our office from another state, we suggest advising your credit card company in advance to avoid any inconveniences on the day of your appointment.

Cash
We take cash payments for all our treatments. Our dentist, along with our business assistant, can provide you with an estimate of the cost of treatment so you can come prepared to pay in cash.

Personal Checks
In the case you need to use a personal check to pay for services, our office is happy to provide you with the necessary details needed to complete your transaction.

CareCredit

Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today! Applying is easy, and we are here to answer any questions.

Insurance

We also accept dental insurance coverage as a payment method; however, we would suggest you give us a call to verify your insurance as well as to confirm which services are covered by your policy.

It is important to make sure your insurance plan is currently active, as some policies go into effect sometime after approval. It would also be beneficial if you call your insurance company to let them know you will be attending our office for dental services.

You can also call our office at 217-442-0445, and one of our business assistants will answer any questions you may have about our payment alternatives.
